General

Our Berlin apartments are available to lease with a minimum of a 3 month period. Our Athens apartments are available to lease with a 30 night minimum period. 

Unfortunately to guarantee the highest quality of our interiors we usually cannot accept pets. However, please contact us if you have special requirements or for a special request to bring along your fluffy friend.

For mid-long term stays of more than 30 days, a cleaning service once per month is included in the cost of your apartment. A final deep clean is added to the cost of all bookings to ensure it is sparkling for the next guests arrival. 

All you need to do is arrive with your luggage, we have taken care of everything else. All home-amenities are provided and even some local treats will await your arrival. Bed linen, towels and a change service are provided. If you have any specific questions about services included, please feel free to get in touch. 

We provide a Nespresso coffee machine in every one of our homes. Can't have you missing that morning brew!

Yes 🙂 There are Smart T.Vs provided in every one of our homes for you to use as you wish. 

Our homes are currently located in Berlin and in Athens, but watch this space! Feel free to contact us and let us know where you would like to see us next.

Yes, all bed linen is provided and a bed linen change comes free of charge once per month. 

All towels are provided on arrival.

Currently all of our homes both in Berlin and in Athens are located in niche neighbourhoods right in the city centre. Upon your arrival, we will supply you with everything you may need, including local recommendations and an events guide, etc. 

We ask that you do not arrive before 14:00, however we understand that sometimes travel can disrupt arrival times and things change. If this is the case, we simply ask you to contact us as soon as you know your arrival time and we will try to arrange to meet with you with the keys if it#s not totally out of time. For late check in we charge 50,-.

We are happy to hold personal belongings left behind in our homes for ten days after your departure date. If you require postage of these items to your next destination, contact us directly and we can arrange postage.
